I found that doing the programme was tough enough without throwing in hills as well so have always kept to a flat route. Admire you for the route but remember your body is still adjusting to running so be kind to yourself. Good luck and keep running. Jan
I agree with Jan. If you push yourself too hard at the start you might pick up some injuries, especially achilles when working hills, so be careful. I understand your enthusiasm though so keep that going and just listen to your body. Good luck for your next run. Sue
