Hello one and all,

I have returned from the icy grip of Scotland. My house has never seemed so warm! I didn't run while we were away but did plenty of walking. Sadly this was also balanced out with plenty of cake eating... I'm off for W7R1 in the morning...I'll let you know how it goes.

Well yes...I have to agree....the cold up here in Scotland is really why I have been dithering about week 1 Run 1....but, it just isn't going to get warmer, so I shall have to just hope it doesn't rain and get on with it

Yea, crack on with it. Within a few minutes you're warm anyway. I'm just a southern softie!! x
