I might try Lloyd Park one day, but tomorrow I'm going to Bromley (it's nice and flat).

I'm intending to wear a long sleeve top (nike dri-fit, bargain from TK maxx) under my C25k t-shirt.

It might be a bit quiter at Bromley tomorrow as there is a mob match at orpington (Orpington Road Runners, Petts Wood Runners and another club - forget the name)....Should be lots of fun and healthy competion....apparently it's all about numbers so doesn't matter if you are slow (hope that's true!)
