I read about buffs on another blog, a few days ago and thought what a good idea. I looked on amazon and ordered a look-a-like for 3.99, which will do the job of covering my mouth and nose on cold frosty mornings. I spotted these in Lidl today for £3.99, with the polar fleece section on the end, so just had to get one for when if gets really cold.

Ooh i love buffs I do a lot of sailing and they are great. I have a normal one and a fleece one. Becareful though if they get wet they are actually quite chilly if in the wind (or running really fast)
