Welcome to C25k Dabby-dot! (Mini version of me!)

πŸ• My daughter's Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award expedition is finally back on, hooray! What better way to get your fitness levels back up than doing C25K I suggested, and I'll even do it all again with you?! πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

So for the next few weeks I shall be posting on here as well as over On The Bridge, revisiting all those lovely C25K runs with my daughter and possibly tagging on a few extra loops of my own for good measure to keep up my distance.

W1R1 completed this evening in the sunshine. I am so proud of her for stepping out of her comfort zone to do this. I know my VRBs will lend their moral support and cheer her along. Timotea is just ahead of us on her C25K return journey, so we are in good company πŸ˜€.

Happy running Dabby-dot , you are going to love this! πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜ŠπŸŒ³β€οΈ

Yeayayyaya... go Dabby-dot !

You and your Mum will have a wonderful time and completing C25K will be a great warm up for your D of E Gold! ( My husband was a D of E Gold Assessor ).

We are back in Snowdonia again and have been used to seeing the D of E groups in the hills...it will be good to see them back out there!

Great to see you back here Mum!

I repeated C25K again recently and it is so much fun. Going to be even better for you with your lovely daughter...looking forward to your posts...both of you!
