Yep... Im sat here at my desk having just demolished soup and a roll (tomato if you're interested) absolutely dreading my next run tonight.
why? because I know the running bits will be longer and the walking bits shorter.
but my long baggy pants and two boulder holders are still drying on the radiator. So, that means I dont have to go out ah ha!! gotcha!!
erm --------NO!!
: have another pair of pants (good grief, they are snug and show my knees though!) and I have two other crop top bras (of different contrasting colours and a size small but hey, I'll get in them somehow ....) so, that excuse just wont cut the mustard Ali, you lazy "censored"
fill you in later

Haha Ali!!! No getting out if this one! You will amaze yourself how you progress each run, so don't be afraid... you are one of the cult now... I still make excuses each run but I still get out there and do it. After I'm done, I'm so happy I went! Gayle
cheers Gayle!! its all the mind isnt it and when you're out there "zoning" out (trying to run AND breathe AND not collapse!) its all pretty much forgotten methinks!!
I have to put my damp bra on quite often to go out running. Not pleasant but then I figure what with perspiration and precipitation its only a matter of time before it gets wet anyway!
Good sports bras in my combination of small back and ridiculously large cup (mug?) size cost a fortune. And I will not buy more than one at a time till I get to the weight I want to be!
Deryn61 -- was all in my head for a couple of minutes and then I banished them! (bit like I banished the chocolate cake at lunch, to the bottom of my belly!!)
You're soo right about sports bras, the fit and cost. Being of ample bosom but slight in back, they're not too good on the fit and sooooooo bloody expensive!!
