So I was boasting (there’s no other word for it, my excuse was just the sheer amazed euphoria when I completed W9R3 😂) about ‘I did it! I finished c25K’ and one of my best friends gave me a massive hug and said “ do you now start on 5K to Couch?!” It made me laugh so much I wanted to share with you lovely running buddies
