Last ran 8 days ago. Have had a very heavy cold and still feel grim. Really want to get on with week 8. W8R1 wasn't easy and so am dreading tthis long break. Have had to give in to my body though which just isn't up to going out at the moment - very frustrating!

How frustrating but you are doing the right thing. Get plenty of fluids down you especially orange juice/lemons in hot water and also echinacea (I use drops from health food shop). You might want to go back a week once you resume but you will be fine
