I was doing well up to about 2 weeks ago. I was on W6R2 and doing ok. Not been out for a couple of weeks due to family commitments and no enthusiasm, really need to go out tomorrow, do i carry on where i was or go back to week 4 or 5?

I would just repeat W6R2 and carry on. You've put in the work so even if you have to do that run a couple of times you won't get discouraged by going back. Go for it!
