Love this app and the amazing support offered by this forum. Really helped me along the way especially when I really wanted to give up. Never thought I could run for 30 minutes. Think I am a bit short of the 5K but hopefully I can try and build up my speed over the next few weeks. Any advise on what to do next would be most grateful. I feel a bit apprehensive about ‘going solo’ without the app to guide me along.

With your running coach for run 3 of week 9 you can run several 30 minute consolidation runs before you think of what you want to do next, you can try the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina then you can do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K.

Congratulations it feels great doesn't it? I have to admit to me the amount of time I am running for is more important to me than the distance I can cover, right at the start the very short runs were the challenge now we can do 30 minutes, it great.
Congratulations! I suggest you take your time consolidating without stressing about time/pace, etc. Dont rush & enjoy this achievement- you deserve it!
