Wow!!! It's strange but everytime I go out I cover a longer distance. In the total 30 mins + the 10 mins of walking I covered 3 miles today that's 13mins and 16 seconds per mile. Brilliant!!! Tomorrow is my first parkrun.. I'm nervous! My friend is going and has offered to stay with me but I see her records every week on FB and her time is down each week! She went from struggling to walk it to in the 27 mins!! I don't want to ruin her record so I'll be running on my own with no dog!!! OMG. Lovely weather for it though!!!
For those of you who are wondering I've had three quiet nights!!! Feel amazing today.
Happy running all...Enjoy the sunshine!!

Agree with juicyju, I am sure you will love Parkrun. I was nervous before the first one but I really enjoyed it. It made a change for me to run with others. Third one for me tomorrow. Its great that you can see improvements to your distances, its amazing isn't it! Go and enjoy yourself x
I've just got off the phone with my friend. Not feeling too bad now. We are going early to get a good parking spot! With the Bank Hols and the good weather...
Wondering how your Parkrun went? I have a few more runs to get to the end of week 9 and am planning ahead! I'd like to do a parkrun when I can run for 5k without stopping...did you enjoy it?
