The Hall household is going to be very crowded tonight... I hope there is room for one more!
Thank you to Laura, to the NHS and to this wonderful community - what a ride!
One last rainy and wonderful run and that is it - 9 weeks (or so) of running completed! Busy getting ready for our Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend, I will be humming Laura's tunes for one last time as I bake my pumpkin pies .... (I must say Laura- I've really had enough of you and Julie)

Thank you! hmmm... good question. I would like to / need to loose weight. I am one of those people who have lost inches but not pounds.
I look forward to running 10K... this seems very far away right now. I think my first step will be to continue with running 5k 3x a week until it becomes an easy run and then start the push again. I would love a 5-to10K programme!
I only graduated last Saturday, and haven't run since due to cold type bug. But like you i intend to carry on with 3x30min runs per week for a while. Maybe aim for 10k next year.
Thank you Phil72! I am really looking forward to the journey, it has been fun so far! It will be fun to move on to other music - I kept with Laura the whole time but now its over!
Congratulations, Anna!!! There is always room for another graduate at our house!!! The bubbly is chilled and we will have a glass ready for you!!

Thank you Steve! I have really felt the support of you and Gayle which helped through the final weeks. Bubbly it is!, there are a lot of graduates this week!
You are right, tomorrow is my birthday - thank you for the bday wishes! I am hoping for running gear/gift certificates (or I might just treat myself!)
