Week one session one

Have just done my first session of three of week one - cant believe i managed to run for one minute without huffing and puffing although it may be due to the fact that I have been doing zumba for months plus swimming for the past month and group cycling - i am probably fitter than I thought although whether I will still feel this way half way through the programme who knows!

My next session will be monday after work then the last one on wednesday also after work.

Good start and welcome to the world of c25K converts/addicts. I struggled with week 1, but start week 8 tomorrow, but was cautioned not to miss any run out along the way, even if I found I could do it with reasonable ease. I have done Zumba in the past as well, and 25 minutes of running, takes a lot more effort than an hour of Zumba! Keep posting, and let us all know how it goes. Good luck!
