I just can't quite believe it, this morning I completed by graduation run, and I loved it.
I can run for 30 minutes quite comfortably now an well, I suppose I am a runner, wow me a runner!!!! Bloody hell, that's something eh.
Was a bit cold though this morning so I may just celebrate and go and get me som of those men running tights and a jacket, sports direct here I come unless anyone else can recommend any sales on at the mo.
Oh and one last thing, who do I message for my graduation badge, I can't quite believe I have done it. Soooooo happy right now
Thankyou to everyone else too for the support, your all superstars, and for those who are on the journey, stick with it and believe, you can do it too

Congratulations James!! Go on, treat yourself to some nice running gear. If you hunt around online, you can get some good deals without mentioning any specific sites.
What a star, well done, Jimbob74. What a great feeling, isn't it? I agree with Ade that you should treat yourself to some nice warm running gear. And celebrate!
Thankyou Soozz, I'm still buzzing today about it. I may well have a look at the c25k+, almost feel a little sad to have finished, need another goal to achieve if you know what I mean. Have you tried the + version??
I did Stepping Stones last week, was quite apprehensive about it (I even
listened to it the night before) but suprisingly it went fine. I might try Stamina this week. The week after I graduated I felt totally directionless, just did 3x30 mins of just running, then last week I got a bit.more structured, I.e. starting hills and trying to stretch my time / distance out as well as Laura.
Let us know how you get on! You'll get your shiny green badge tomorrow, woo hoo!
Thanks Soozz, you are a real inspiration. I will let you know how I do lol. Weather for next week is really wet and bad, I will try and get out in it though.
very well done! Knew you could do it. Geat to hear you plan bigger and faster things. The 5k+ podcasts can be used in any order and will have you runing to a beat. They are all good and, because they're not progressive, you can mix and match them to add variety to your outings. Happy running!
Congratulations and well done on the graduation. I have a few more weeks to go but the bug is definitely there. It's lovely reading about people who have finished and looking to go onto bigger and better things.
