It wasn't pretty - not my finest run but - WOW! - I can't believe anyone that knew me in July would have thought I'd have made it to this day. I CAN RUN FOR 30 MINUTES - I keeping going even when every sensible bone in my body is telling me to stop. Thank you everyone - but most of all WELL DONE ME!
