Was up and out for just after 7am today, lovely, bright, chilly morning! All was okay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Worried about runs two & definitley three though as they will be in the evening after work and they are never so good are it's getting tougher!

Glad you had a good run Jackie but I'm with you regarding R2&3 - it wont be easy in the evening and after a day at work! Oh well, bite the bullet and we will do this. Looking forward to hear how you get on and compare notes. Good luck! Sx

Well done jlow. It will surprise you how you do with runs 2 and 3. I agree that the after work runs are harder in some ways but I feel they do energise me too. I am completing my week runs on the weekend and in the morning then. Love the time of day and the quiet in the park. Best of luck.
