More walking around town and hitting the gym today, it's a bit dull.
I did a few kilometres on the hand bike for fun. Turns out it wasn't fun at all.
Still it's nice to know I have an option if my legs give up the ghost.
If someone else is kayaking the challenge then surely the handbike must count.
Anyway my weekend is mixed up due to life and stuff, tomorrow I now have the whole day free so hopefully the weather is nice. Not sure how I'll fit it in on Sunday though.
