It's been a week of taking dog for a walk twice a day (not mine sadly), visiting Bath and it's University, working and trying to fit in Week 4 runs, Did manage the last one although not the date I intended. So today I made myself a promise that I would come home from work and go straight out for my first Week 5 run. First 5 mins was a bit difficult, 2nd one was evil, the final 5 mins I finally got in my stride and was really enjoying it when it was time to stop. So I've had my shower and dinner, done the washing up and sat down for a few minutes.... Hang on, where's the leg aches and pains? I don't seem to have them tonight.... hooray, does this mean I'm getting fitter? Run 2 here we come :)
