I am so trying to respond to all of the blog postings but with limited time, I'm not getting it done! I just want to say I am so very, very proud of each and every one of us!!!! The newbies, for getting out of the comfort zone and trying the program. The mid-weekers who may be facing different obstacles but are continuing on. The soon to be graduates for making it so far into the program and will soon be achieving their goals and to the graduates, who continue to inspire all of us plugging along. This board is a wonderful resource for all of us and I feel, even though we will never meet, we have formed a bond here. Now, get your run on!!!!

What lovely words of encouragement to everyone. Keep it up!!
I'm still new to the programme (W3R2) but the blogs post inspire me to keep at it I find myself visiting most days to find out what lies ahead for me and how others are progressing.
I am still so amazed by the encouragement I have found here and I have only done 1 run so far but it really makes such a difference to the experience of it all. To all the people posting I am really touched by the kindness in here. beautiful!
Great blog! Absolutely agree, everyone on here is fantastic and so supportive! It really makes all the difference as we embark on our own personal journeys. Knowing there are others going through the same challenges, elations and experiences really spurs me on to do the best I can on each run! It is also great that graduates continue to offer their wise words and valuable support to others at every stage of the programme.
Thank you gdeann, words of encouragement really do make a difference. A large part of this challenge is mental and the support and stories of others helps us to push through the tough days.
