As you'll know, I'm struggling with my nemesis run but thankfully I've the support of so many of you and my lovely sister in law to keep me going.
I just wanted to say - just noticed how many graduates are blogging. Loads!! Great stuff!! Which surely goes to show this program can be done and us newbies/non graduates can do this!!
Positive thinking ahead of my nemesis next run......
Cheers guys

Hi Ali. Yes, I can absolutely assure you that it CAN be done. It's easy to say, but try not to think about the runs until you come to do them and then just follow Laura's instructions. If you don't quite make it (and we don't use the 'F' word on here) just try again, you WILL get there.
I've just come in from a 4 mile run, which, though by no means easy, is a far cry from struggling with 90 seconds just 3 months or so ago. I remember reading graduate blogs in December and being absolutely sure I'd never be able to get to 30 mins and yet I didn't even think today, when I passed the 5k mark. I'd almost go as far to say I enjoy it, now - almost...
I agree whole-heartedly with wepre! You will do this Alli! I went from not coping with some of my 1 minutes to currently running my first 5 miles/8K. Gayle
