Not a bad run, think I will repeat this a couple of times before doing run2 only to make it easier on myself.I know it will take longer to graduate but I don't want the longer runs to be as painful as before & put me off.

Well done. Just done w5r1 today and actually enjoyed it. Have you repeated runs before? Good luck whatever you do.

yeah I have repeated runs before,I got to week 7 just over a month ago & really began to struggle with running 27 minutes,it was soo hard,so originally i thought about repeating the 20mins run but instead I just gave up :( have had a month to think things over & started again last week from week 4.Looking at the runs im going to take it easy & repeat the first 2 runs of week 5 & week 6,then do the last one of week5(20mins) before moving onto week7.

It doesn't matter if you repeat runs - it took me 50 runs to graduate instead of 27, but I did it and I was comfortable with it. Keep going!
