Yay, that was hard but doable, which I guess is the point.

8 o'clock in the morning and it was already very warm here, so glad I didn't leave it any later.

Think I'm nearing my limits, but can't believe the difference from week1.

Right! onto run2 with a determined smile on my face πŸ˜πŸ‘Š

Excellent job.

I think it is worth an occasional look back to see how far you've developed from where you started.

I love the positivity you're emanating.

Did you find your key?

Ha. Yes, I think it was the fact that I hadn't noticed that the cycling top I used had a zip pocket that was the main point...

A friend of mine is getting a new lock for us, not too expensive.

Brilliant! The step up to 8 mins is also very doable so enjoy r2!

How did you get on with w5 r2? I’ve just done it and although I completed it I don’t think I’ve ever run slower! Hoping weather cools for r3.

I did that one today. I felt the same as you. I think I've felt at my limit every week so far! As my daughter told me - the programme is made to help you build up slowly - you will be able to do it even if you don't feel like it. So far she's been right. Here's to R2 - we got this!

And yet this morning I did run2 and felt like Forrest Gump, I'm sure I could of gone on and on .... weird int it.

Think your daughter is right, but then that's kids for you πŸ˜‰

Indeed! Well she is doing sports science for A level - but then she tells me she can't run for longer than 5 mins! I keep telling her to download the app. I'm doing R2 on Friday - hopefully I will feel the same! Good luck & keep on running.
