Almost halfway now.....

Week 4 run 1 today.

Doubted myself as usual but after surprising myself last week I wasn't ready to call it quits yet.

Again really nice run. Remembered my inhaler. Had nice cool weather.

Spending some time trying to massage the knot out of my left calf last night paid off too. It didn't niggle me as much today. And despite Lauras advice not to stop on the walking parts, I did stop to give my calves a stretch out while walking and found this also helped a lot.

Feeling good now. And happy to have realised that once I complete w4r2, I'll have more runs behind me than ahead of me.

Roll on graduation! :D

I did W4 R1 yesterday, feels great doesn't it? You have also encouraged me with your comments re the runs after r2. I can't wait to get out again tomorrow. Good luck for your next run Jx

Yep I just worked that out this weekend as well, I'm now just over than halfway. I've got Week 4 run 3 scheduled for tonight. It's a local holiday today though so I'm going to have to forsake the gym's treadmill and venture outside! Eeeek.
