I just did my W2R3 this morning after my last on Friday.I pushed my self to do it.Its done so bring on week 3.Hope i can survive the 3mins run.Advise anyone?

Just pace yourself. I remember finding W3R1 really hard going because I ran waaaay too fast on the first couple of runs and by the last 3 minutes I was out of breath and had legs like jelly. 3 minutes seems like a big jump rom 90 seconds but you're more than ready for it and they do go very quickly :)

Well done. Did W2R2 this morning. It was at least as hard as W2R1.

I find how to run hard. Deliberately going slowly is harder work on the legs so I'm still trying to get the pace right.

A friend of mine, same age and similar build is a week ahead and found the W3 ok.
