Ty x gosh my legs are aching x need to find a relaxed style for my legs & I will be off x have a wide walk stride but shuffle run x think with practice I can stretch my leg run which will make it easier

See if you can find any videos about running techniques on various surfaces. Which beach do you run on by the way

I asked because later when you are doing the 25 minute/28 minute/30 minutes depending how long the beach is you may have try somewhere else

Well done and enjoy that feeling of pride because you'll need to get used to it. Mind you one mad spaniel is enough for me thanks.

If you ever feel like giving up just slow down, take an extra day of rest then try again. Many of us have had to re-do weeks, take time, get over tweaks and injuries - you may be the same. Be kind to yourself and if a run doesn't work out, slow it down and try again or go back a run and consolidate. You can do this but give yourself some slack if and when you need it.
