3rd run of week 2 completed yesterday, but juat getting round to posting this now, felt really good after my run and felt like i did it a bit easier but think i maybe ran slower 😊

Well done.

You can make this hard by running fast or easy by jogging slower.

Your body will adapt perfectly well at a gentle jog and injury risk will be minimised.

Good, good, good Shar! Sounds like your legs are finding a happy pace and it doesn't matter if it felt slower today; you felt comfortable and that's the main thing. Week 3 next my friend and you are doing just great! πŸ˜€πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
