W2R3 completed by doing the same circuit as last run, but in the other direction. Still had to run up a hill, but, first time around I did C25K on the flat and hills would have killed me. This time I’m doing it in hilly terrain, and finding it easier than the first time round. Enjoying the structure of following the program. Also went out before work today and was amazed at how quickly I managed to get dressed and out the door 👍

Well done. If you've not been active lately something to be very mindful of is landing too heavily when you are on the downhill sections.

Well done Baddie. Doing c25k again, after a running break seems to be giving you the impetus to get out and do it. Which coach are you using? I am a Jo Whiley fan.

So good isn't it? We know what is coming and we know we can do it! I am on Week 7 Run 2 now... and like you have loved the gentle progressive structure of the plan!I took a photo of what I used to laughingly think, was a hill, when I first did Couch in 2015! It wasn;t..it was a bump in the road!!
