I admit that I left one extra day in-between W3R3 and W4R1, but OMG it puffed and struggled for every second! Feeling seriously de motivated and dreading the next run!!! Anyone else struggle with this week?

Yep I found W4 really difficult. It's all about the pace and I didn't get it sorted until the final run. Once you've sorted that you'll find it easier. When Laura says keep it steady - do as she says, she knows what she's talking about!! Good luck with the rest of the week.
This was the 1st run I had to repeat, I just couldn't get through it 1st time, so WELL DONE for pushing on through.
Don't worry about leaving an extra day between runs, listen to your body, if it is tired then rest it. As the longer runs start it will thank you for listening!

I was ok till run 3 of week 4 - I failed miserably and re-did it after a day's break. Other than that I've been ok. I'm ready to try W5R3 now ... Not sure how well that'll go - was out on my bike today.
Yes, I can't wait for week 4 to be out of the way. I have a feeling that this week is the transition between the intro weeks and the push to graduation.
It was awful! All my first runs of the week have been difficult but this one was the worst so far. I'm trying again tonight.
Week 4 is dire. Just get it behind you as best you can! Good luck!
I found week 4 the toughest, had to start leaving more rest days in between runs and I think I actually did 5 runs before I progressed to week 5 too..... The good news is that week 5 run 1 is no more difficult than week 4 and another tip, I had read how hard everyone found run 3 and then week 6 so I took both even more slower than usual, and guess what they were ok!!!!! Keep at it x
