I ran W2 R3 last Wednesday after work, I was gutted, I had completed the first two sessions ok Saturday and Monday but then found the third a real struggle. The brisk walk was hard, I managed the first 90 seconds but had to miss out the second lot of 90 seconds completely. I managed to sort my breathing out during the extra walk and did finish the rest but it was extremely hard and I was really deflated. Life got in the way Friday so I didn't go out again until Sunday morning when I decided to just start W3 to see how I got on (I was nervous of another disaster). It was great, the three minutes whizzed by and I felt brilliant at the end, almost could have carried on! I did R2 on Tuesday after work which I did ok (I'm always slower in the evening for some reason) and am hoping to finish W3 tonight. I'm sure you will be just fine on W3 good luck.
Thank you for the encouragement, I really hope so. I like you kind of enjoyed myself whilst doing Wk2 R2 and was looking forward to finishing WK2 but it was horrible and i cdnt work out what was different. Although it was the first time that I have attempted to run in the morning maybe it was that.

For weeks 1 and 2 my best runs were definitely the middle ones. I was always struggling on run 3 for some reason.

Well, had you had breakfast? The first time I ran in the morning I had aches where I'd never had them before and couldn't finish. If you run in the evening you've had a whole day of food and drink and that makes quite a difference.
I'm week 3 just done run 2, and still jogging. Pacing myself as i'm sure the running will come in at a later week. I found today's run a lot better than i thought i would. Good luck.
Enjoy I will be thinking of you. x
