What is a graduate?

I've just joined this community and noticed Graduate on some of the questions. Also, someone mentioned a c25K t-short.

I'm just at the end of week 2 and looking for any incentive, motivation etc to keep me going.

Graduates are people who have completed the whole 9 week NHS C25K programme. The t-shirts, once you have graduated are here:

Thanks. It's nice to have something to aim for but don't think I'll bother with the t-shirt!

Thanks - I was also wondering the same thing. Once you've got through the 9 weeks - and congratulations for doing so! - how do you end up with the green 'graduate' tab by your name? Are we supposed to be registering our progress online somehow as we go along ? I may have missed this!

Once you have graduated your message JR21 who is in the directory under admin and he will sort out your green graduate tab for you...you can blog about every run if you want to show us progress I guess. Good luck.
