Hi, lovely running people. I graduated way back when but then ran into some problems and stopped running for far too long. I've been out a few times, intending to get back to it properly but without much successes.
However, now I am back at week 5 (just completed W5R1) and thought I would pop in for the amazing support network this place provides. I hope there are still soe people I recognise - just seen Irish John, and also remember Jancanrun and MummyCav from last time around (I expect they're doing ultras now). And Old Floss? Do i have that right? Such sound advice from these people.
Anyway, it's good to be back running and back here.

Thank you Tasha. I really hope to be able to keep up after graduating. The lack of a structure did give me problems but now that I know that, I will plan accordingly. Who could know that I like being told what to do?!
A very warm welcome back to you sheps, not sure if I was on the forum when you were last here, I have been on it for around a year and a half, I began C25K with run 1 on 18/4/2018 and graduated on 18 June last year.
Yay welcome back. I struggled without the structure of a plan after graduating too. And, sometimes life gets in the way. I’ve really found that running helps me deal with what life is throwing at me so I always try hard to get the three runs in, even when I really don’t feel like it.
There are structured plans that you can follow after you’ve completed C25k so you’ll be fine.
Good luck with the rest of the plan, look forward to seeing your journey.
