Where is the "graduate" badge...?

Am I being silly...? Is this just a state of mind or does something happen when W9R3 is completed?

I keep seeing things about graduation badges but nothing stands out to me (?)

There's a pinned post which you need to reply to to claim your shiny badge - congratulations on graduating!

There's a thread in the pinned posts, so when you finish the programme add your name to the relevant month and admin give you one. On a computer / laptop the pinned posts are to the right of your screen; I don't know where they are on a phone.

The graduate badges next to user names are visible on a PCs, but I can't see them on my phone (I check my PC every so often just to remind myself about mine!)
