Can't believe it, W9R3 done - I've graduated, yippee. It hasn't quite sunk in, never really thought about coming to the end. Now what? π€ I know, keep on running. Joined a running club so will train with them. In fact they ran the C25K course, ran with them once a week and did the other 2 runs on my own.
All of us 'graduates' did our first Parkrun together this morning, it was excellent (a bit hilly, I'm used to running by the beach), just having trouble getting to grips with the idea that I did it!
Anyway, big smiles all round, and congrats to all those others graduating this week, we've done it πΎ. And keep at it to those on the 'journey' it's brilliant, and always remember 'slow and steady'!

I hope so. Yes running with others is strange, but I quickly learned not to try and keep up with the others, I still ran in my own little world taking it slow and steady - how else! π.
