Slightly ahead of schedule but at week 7 on my 2 nd run I just kept going to the 30 min point! So chuffed! So I then did it again on Thursday, then I did Zumba on Friday then I ran again today for 30 mins!!! I'm pooped for exercising 3 days in a tow! But I'm doin 30 min runs!!! Now I just need to pick up my pace and distance so it is 5 km coz ATM it's about 2.5 miles which is about 4 k
