I completed W9 R3 today. 🎉🎉
I won’t lie that these 30min runs have been hard, but I can see now that it’s my mind wanting to give up long before my body gets tired.
My next challenge is to manage 5k, as my slooooowww 🤪 pace means I’m just about reaching 4k in the 30 mins.
Thanks to all you lovely lot for your support and advice. If an overweight, almost 50 Yr old can do it then believe in yourself and you can do it too.

Congratulations! It’s miles better to be running slowly and really master that. It took me ages after graduation to work that out so you’re miles ahead of me!!
