Week 5 Run 3 that is
I am SOOOO bouncy at the moment and can't believe that I did it. What an amazing start to the day. To think 5 weeks ago I struggled to run 1 minute. I am living proof that an obese 40 year old who did everything possible to avoid running her whole life CAN do this programme
Got a lovely Endomondo peptalk from a friend just over half way through the run which made me smile for the rest of the run. And when Laura said I could slow down my initial thought was 'is that it? That can't be 20 mins yet!'
Now my pupils are going to be puzzled as to why I'm wearing an insane grin all day
