Yesterday i finished the couch 2 5k, to say i'm chuffed is an understatement! Two things helped me achieve this:1) Reading a quote from Linford Christie saying that people today were more interested in laying on the sofa watching tv about other people's lives than worrying about their own. 2) You wonderful people posting your blogs full of encouragement and hope. I can not thank you all enough for your help, and good luck to all those still enjoying couch 2 5k, it will be worth it in the end. Ps how do i become a graduate?

Congratulations! I believe you email JR12 for your grad badge. You are so right about these blogs helping too. I'm only on W3 but I'm determined to graduate - everyone on here is an inspiration xx

Hey, congratulations! I've just graduated today and also am unsure on how to get the much earned graduate badge. Who's JR12 and how do we get in touch with him?

That's a typo, it's JR21 you'll want to find.
