Hi All.
Absolutley buzzing, just completed couch to 5K!!!
I just wanted to write a post to encourage everyone to KEEP AT IT!!!
I never thought I would complete this. I'm about 2 stone overweight, and hadn't done any proper exercise in about 10 years!
Every week, I gained more and more confidence, as I saw my progress. I feel better, and I am so bloody proud of myself for keeping at it!
So, to anyone just starting, struggling, or getting bored, KEEP AT IT.
The benefits are sooooooo worth it, not just for your body, but for your mind too!
Good luck all!
Hope you all complete Couch to 5k!!!!! xxx

Tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 and graduated by going to the September graduation post at the top right of the healthunlocked C25K home page. Shortly after that the word Graduate will be showing on the right side of your username.
