20 seconds to 20 minutes in 5 weeks I'd never have believed it when I started. Week 5 completed tonight and I am delighted. I am slow and steady and concentrating on the time rather than distance. I really believe now that I can graduate.

I love this programme and am really enjoying it.

Well done you for starting. You'll do it. Trust in the programme and remember to pace yourself and not go too fast.

Good luck and let us know how you get on :o)

Well done. I have to say end of week 5 was the point when I started to really believe that I could complete this programme. Your winning the mental battle and of course you're more than 1/2 way there now. :-))
