I've just completed Week 2 Run 1 and found it much easier to run for 90 secs than to run for 60 secs...has anyone else found this?

I did, that's the beauty of this program. In some ways each week gets easier as your body adapts. Strangely I found week 8 easier than week 7, no idea why as both are continuous runs. If you find you are struggling at any point just slow down your pace and try not to repeat runs. Even if you think you can't progress, you really can. Good luck!!

sounds as if you're one of those lucky people who gets into a rhythm quickly and the longer intervals suit you better than having to change pace frequently. That's good because finding your rhythm is a great help to making progress. Happy running

i struggled with the 1st 90 second run on Week 2 but after that they didn't seem too bad.. i'll see how i get on tomorrow morning
I felt that as well. I finished W2D1 last night and found it easier than week 1.. even was sad it was done once i finished. I've always hated running so that is such a strange feeling for me. I cannot wait until tomorrow.
