Just a quickie....or quiche depending on how you look at life.

I started this routine at 14 stone and 5pounds. I'm too close to 48yrs old to make any difference to my Grey bits and wrinkles so was well over weight..god i hate getting old...anyhoo i digress.

I have not really counted calories etc but have stopped chocolate intake and refused Gary Lineker into my house with his wares.

Scales this morning announced that the day before i start week 7 run 1.. I am now 13stone 8 and a quarter pound...

Guess this Laura lady knows her stuff :-)

Well done! Before I was doing C23K I would treat myself to something nice to eat like chocolate or a bun, but today I treated myself by ordering a pedometer and an armband for my iPod! What a change.....

Good luck with W7.

Congratulations.... I well understand about the grey bits and wrinkles having got to 48 last week. Keep it going, these blogs are great as it's nice to feel that you aren't alone :)

Well done sonicsplodge. That's amazing! I know what u mean about the weight loss. I don't really weigh myself often. But I feel as if I've lost a pound or two. Maybe I'll pop on the scales soon.

Thank you one and all. I jump (tentatively) on the scales on a Saturday morning in my birthday suit (which needs less ironing now lol). And save the details (gory or otherwise) on a word document JUST i can ... :-)

I would also try on a pair of jeans that don't do up or were tight - see how they vary over time - scales can be deceptive if you are dropping body fat - which is actually what you really want!

Holsols, how right you are. though its my belt that gives it away. My usual hole is now defunct as new holes (note plural) have taken centre stage.

Another way to note change is (atad drastic) my wife took photo of me side on in shorts (not pretty) when i started out on this. I am ALOT different now...ok NOT David Bekham but SLOWLY getting there lol :-)
