Just posted on facebook, sorry about showing off, but I hit my weight target and theres a graph!
Since I hit my target weight yesterday I thought I'd show off a tad. Was 105 kg last year at beginning of April, I was clinically obese, I managed to loose a lot of weight, last year, getting to around 92 then putting some on again through the year. I was 97 in hospital at the beginning of 2017 and 92.5 when I got out in March. Since the 19th March I've lost another 18.7kg (~3stone or 41.2lb in old money) thats 183g per day on average, meaning this year I've lost 23.2kg (51.1lb) and from my top (measured) weight in 2016 Ive lost 31.2kg (68.8lb) Which is slightly more than an adult male Irish Setter. Since fat is about 0.9 g/ml thats about 35 litres and equates to 280,800 kcal. Woopingtons. Thats not the only change either this year, but more later maybe. Hope everyone is doing fantastic and sorry about showing off! Oh heres a graph, I recorded it all in a spreadsheet

What an achievement!! As a fat mum losing 2 1/2 stone so far far I know what a difference it makes but also how hard it is. Well done you, inspirational progress!!!
Thankyou so much KLHg Well done on your achievement too Bet you feel a lot better already! Keep going, our legs become engines for weight loss, its thanks aswell to people on here for encouraging me in 2016 and this year. I found I had to be selfish and just do it for myself, when I've tried to please others in the past the reward is then in their hands, whereas this way you can keep going and you can do great things KLHg! Thankyou!!!
Thankyou so much Poppy going to lose a bit more but not much and am below my target I remember reading your post similar to this and imagining me there in the future
That's a pretty impressive graph! You have every right to "show off" and I am well impressed. Amazing how a couple of years can turn a life around with weight loss and running.
Now to maintain, but running should help with thatπ
Great work Kal! Persistence pays off! So chuffed for you π All,your hard work,is coming to fruition. If you stay fit and eat healthily then it's all good.
Just got to keep that body moving πβοΈππππππ
