W3R2 was great; completed it on Thursday night in cooler temperatures and felt quite comfortable. I did run 3 this morning and as with the last morning run I did at the end of week 2, I struggled with it and felt wiped of any energy. Still feeling very tired and lethargic 6 hours later. I hadn't been out on the Saturday night so can't blame that.
I think I'm going to stick to after work runs for now, as I have much more energy and I get a lot more from the run after sitting in an office all day and a long commute. Starting week 4 on Tuesday
I agree I'm not a morning runner, I leave for work at 6am and could not face waking up earlier. I've only started and only done 1 afternoon run which was awful 2 evening and 1 night time run which were loads better. I think as long as you run in well lit safe areas and are aware of your surroundings at night you should be fine.
