Laura says so! Just did my wk6,r3 and managed a few minutes more after the warm down five minutes and before walking home.
I missed my Parkrun this morning due to friend being sick and me getting the message too late to walk to the park, but I went an hour later and ran the Parkrun course on my own, doing my c25k session plus a little bit more after a break. So week 7 feels completely doable . I even felt that my pace was getting a tiny bit less snail-like, especially on the bits where the path slopes down ever so slightly.
There are a few of us at the same stage, so good luck with the rest of your runs

I'm with you SlowWorm2016 . I've just posted almost the same thing. Well done. I bet you're as chuffed as I am. I've not started Park Run yet. My best friend has been running for years. I've not told her that I'm doing C25k and in a few weeks time hope to surprise her and probably myself by joining her at Parkrun. Good luck for Week 7.😀😀
It's unbelievable isn't it? A real runner and only a few weeks into the programme. When Laura told me that, I didn't believe it and to be honest still don't even now!
