Week 5 Run 3 ....... I did it !!!!!

Just been out for my 1st attempt at W5R3 and I did it!!!!

Thank you so much to everyone who replied to my question earlier. I was really nervous about setting out to day but I went and I'm so glad I did. I feel fantastic, I never thought I would be sat here saying I just ran for 20 minutes non stop !!!

I have to say I doubted that I was ready but the program works, Sorry for doubting you Laura ;o)

Anyone sat reading this having the same worries about week 5, you can do this, just take it steady and you will make it through and to anyone sat wondering if its worth giving this program a go, YES IT IS !!! . I know how hard it was making the decision to finally give C25K a go but it's the best decision I've made in a long time, I'm fitter, healthier and I feel so much more confident, I'm already proud of what I've acheived so far and I now definately believe I can see this through to the end and earn that little green badge.
