I did it, 4th attempt but just did the 20 minute run week 5 run 3. Sooo Pleased. Can't believe I've got to week 6!! OK it's taken me 10 weeks so far but I'll get there

Well done you! Your perseverance is impressive! My next run will be the 20 minute run. Wasn't sure I was going to make it through my first 8 minute run today but I slowed down even more and just kept going.

Hey it doesnt matter how long it takes you to get there, You will complete it when you are ready, well done so far though.
