W1R2 - Injured

I set out early this morning to complete W1R2. I was in the 3rd jogging cycle and just thinking that it seemed a little easier than the first time and I suddenly felt like someone had stabbed me in the right calf. I could run anymore and had to limp back home. I've continued to limp all day.

Has anyone else had this sort of injury? I presume it's just a pulled muscle. If so, how long will it be until I can run again? (I realise that's a 'How long is a piece of string?' type question, sorry.)

Hi there, this happened to me when I first started exercising after a lengthy period of couch lying! I rested for about a week and alternated hot and cold on it in the shower. Once it feels a bit better you might try walking first before trying jogging. Hope it feels better soon!
