I finished week 9, day 3 yesterday, and it was hot and hard, but I did it, and I'm so so pleased I found this programme. 9 weeks ago I would get winded running for a bus, and although it's not easy now, I can run for 30 no-stop, which is amazing to me. It really works!
Because of my agitated penquin pace, my 30 min runs did not approach the 5K mark, but I did go a bit further each time. My last and best run came in at 3.8 kilometers in 30 min.
So now that I've completed the program (yay!) I'm setting my next goal to running 5K in 30 min, and I'll aim to get there in 6 weeks.
I can't stop now!
