This morning I left the house at 7am to do W5R2. Which I managed and even tried to speed up a little on last couple of minutes of 2nd 8 min run.
I got thinking on my 5 minutes cool down walk home. I couldn't have done this without Laura in my ears, if I'd gone out with a real person I'd have told them where to go a long time ago. But having Laura telling me when to run and when to walk works very well and I listen to her and do everything she says.

Hi, I'm about to do Wk5R2 tonight and totally agree with you about Laura...for some reason I just BELIEVE her when she says I can do it. I've never stuck to a programme for this long before...ever! And the sense of achievement you get by building up in short steps is fantastic.
My boyfriend comes out running with me sometimes for encouragement (and when he wants an 'easier run' - ha!) but I'm happy to run alone with Laura in my ears.
