Did the 5k + Stepping stone last night and I can't believe how slow my running had become. I managed to knock off 90 seconds per mile, feeling motivated again now!

Great. I am too. I did Stepping Stone last night too. It did help me focus (although have to admit I stopped a couple of times - probably a minute in total) but it made me start up again fairly soon.

Thats really good to know -I've just downloaded the stepping stone and am going to do it tomorrow, as I am a running snail I am really hoping it will speed me up a bit!

Instead of stopping when the pace is too much, it can work to take smaller steps - even to the extent of more or less running on the spot.
